Bad service and still paying monthly payments with no service.

The contract simcard I got from them stopped working from February 2021, I later called in requesting assistance and I was told to go get a simcard that is not Registered in order for them to do a sim swap for me. After all the hassle I was then told they cannot assist since it's now over 60 days. I asked them why was I not given this information when my query was still within 60 days.

After all the bad service I then asked to cancel the contract. They continued to give me the run around still and one of them was unprofessional and very disrespectful. I've been paying for months without fail and not receiving any service from Cell C to this date.
