Bad service, and service delivery on queries.
OK, so I've been on the cell c network for about 3 years. I can deal with the bad network that comes along with it. However, something I will not tolerate is bad service. More especially when it comes to how queries are handled and how PAINFULLY slow they take to slow cases which should take \24-48 hours"to be resolved. It all started last week when I bought 50 Rand airtime. I was not connected to wifi so I bought daily data. First I purchased 50 Megs started using it"
