Bad Service and ruining peoples future with false information

I took a cellphone contract with Cell C at Kimberley Cell C store and the contract was for 24months. During the period of the contract I then decided to go to the store to cancel the contract and to request the settlement amount in order to terminate my contract with Cell C. At the store I was given a settlement amount and I paid the money and provided the sales rep with proof of payment and copy of my Id in order for my contract to be cancelled. On the same day I was told that my contract has been cancelled. Last year when I went to buy a car I was told that I owe CellC R400.00 and they gave my name to credit bereau and they have also taken my name to their legal representative. I have called CellC customer care for clarity in this matter since well I do not owe them nothing and even visited the store several times for assistance without getting any help.

Cell C is really ****ing clients money. I was called to make payment arrangements with regard to the account I had with Cell C. I still need clarity on the amount of money that Cell C says I owe them. Because on the month I went to cancel my contract...I waited for the debit order of that month to go through for the services being provided for that month and after few days I went to the store to request a settlement amount in order to cancel my contract with Cell C. I paid the amount I was given in store on the same day and went to Kimberley CellC store to provide proof of payment and my Id copy. I was told that my account has been called with immediate effect. So Cell C claims that I owe them R400.00 and I want to know what is that R400.00 for since well I settled the amount in full. The lady whom called me states that my account won't be cancelled if I do not pay that R400.00 to Cell C and that my account is not cancelled. Then my other issue is whom should be held responsible for not process my cancellation of the contract? Since well I settled the account and cancelled the contract with Cell C. Cell C has ruined my plans for taking my name to creadit bereau with false information and bad service to me.
