BAD service and ripping customer's off!!!!

Every time I call in for a queries they give you different nonsense stories.I payed up all my arrears amounts but they keep on sending me sms's that my acc is in arrears but my bank statements reflects that the funds went off.Last month i called in also to make double sure the funds went off and the consultant I spoke to told me that the funds was received but suddenly this Koliwe agent told me its still in arrears.Mind you even the consultants at the stores \say their agents always advise customers wrong things"so I guess I believe them when they told me that.By the way its actually not the first time im experiencing such BAD SERVICE.Im disgussed and im gonna have to move to a better network provider cause im so ****ed its not even funny.Even with repairs they catch on more damage then good.#angry to the core..."""
