Bad Service and now being ignored
Staff have been amazing trying to help but 5 days later with no cell phone and staff no longer helping me. June payment was made. Cell C never picked it up and blocks my phone in October !! now I can't get it reactivated

27 Oct 2021, 18:45ONE WEEK LATER WITH NO CELL. NO "SORRY" FOR YOUR F UP AND FINDING MY PAYMENT. WHICH YOU CALLED ME AT 2PM TODAY TO SAY YOU FOUND. YOU HAVE NOW DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE AMOUNT YOU SAY I DON'T OWE. DISGUSTING !!!! I want this money returned to me, and not in 72 hours or whatever **** number you come up with. and no ! I will not email **** !!! you reverse my money or I will keep putting this message on every platform I can find. enough is enough
