BAD SERVICE AND NON COMMUNICATION

This is truly unacceptable. Cell C contacted me to offer a month to month contract for data, where they got my numbers - nobody knows. I signed up for the contract on the basis that I can cancel at any time given that I give the 30 days notice. They called again to offer another cheaper data contract, stupid me, I accepted still on a month to month. I have never missed a payment for both contracts. I moved to CPT in an area where Cell C does not have coverage, mind you I haven't used these contract for months with a balance of MORE THAN 300GB. I get charged content services for +-R175 on a Sim card I haven't used in 5 months. When I called to give them 30 days notice for my cancellation, they informed me that the terms were changed and that the MONTH TO MONTH is now A 24 MONTH CONTRACT!!! They didn't even bother to call me or send me a text. The agent checked on the system and admitted they had a wrong number on the system, I asked why they didn't inform me via e-mail, and she couldn't answer me. I can't use these sim cards, I am paying R644 every month for almost 6 months now for services and content services I don't need or use and CELL C went on to change the terms and conditions without letting me know.
