Bad service and inconvenience

Good day I would like to lay a complain about cell c. I Have a cellphone contract of R360 from June 2023, on March they said a took 2 devices from of which I didn't take and from April cell c took R1,191.72 on fnb account without our agreement. ON May I change an bank account of which I made them aware and May they took R1037. 99, in June they took R967. 99 and July they took R642. Many occasions I went to cell c branch to complain about money that they been debited to them, I have called cell c contact center everyday and they tell different stories every time. I would your help as it was financially strained me
