Bad service and *********** staff
Pathetic service.complaint about deductions for a line where I only received a simcard but deductions are made for a phone.Had a case number and all.i wanted to do an upgrade and I was told due to a returned debit order in October I can only upgrade later but yet still no reimbur*****t of the extra money paid on a contract that I never received a phone for.
I gave an alternative number as I lost my cellphone and using a work number but yet no one calls me they keep on phoning my wife but don't want to share information with her either neither do they send email with an outcome.
But now I'm being punished

18 Nov 2021, 14:19Again was called yesterday and no information or case number came on. i really dont know what you guys or doing. a lady phoned that i should get the mails and case numbers together she will phone me back today 18 November 2021. And yet no one phoned.
How can a company send out case numbers but there is no record of the case. I have sent the case numbers in my previous message which i sent privately and still they ask for a case number over the phone. Please give me your CEO details you have a lot of complains and yet seems no one does anything.
