bad service and incompetence

<p>I recently had 3 contracts with cell c .ever since I received my phones only 2 numbetsiko were working I'vebeen calling cell c every day to inform them but all I get is incompetence from operators some of them very rude .I was told to do a swim swap for a sim card I never used and be charged for it or I should just loose the contract and pay the lump sum when I argued that it's not fair I was threatened with legal action and my simply cards were blocked.cell c headquarters cannot be reached every time I call them i don't know why ?I've even sent them an email regarding my complaint but no response up to this far</p>
