Bad Service and incompetance

i am really disgusted by the service at Cell C, Festival Mall in Kempton park, we brought in a cell phone in for repairs on the 7th March 2015 and today is the 10th of April, we have not heard any response, when i call them no one knows where the phone is at, they promise to call me back which they never do, i spend my money calling them and they put the phone down on me three times. i want to know where my phone is at as am still paying for it. this is rediculous really. i deemand to be servied as a paying client. All they asked for was my number and that they will call back, i think they lost it and i demnd to kno where its at.
