Bad Service And False Advertising From Cell C

<p>l bought a Cell C Summit phone from Jet Alexandra. The website advertises the phone as coming with a 6GB (500MB X 12 Months). I bought the phone based on that information and when l checked the phone there is no data as per advert. I called the customer care and the advisor told me she is not aware of the (6GB (500MB X 12 Months) and to make things worse told me Cell C does not have a phone called a Cell C C Summit after which she cut the phone. Can someone assist and explain as to how the data is activated and why the advert states there is data that comes with the phone when that does not exist. </p>
