Bad service and empty promises.

For two months in a row, Cell C have debited my account for more than what they are legally allowed to do. When I signed my contract with them one and half years ago, I set a cap for the amount that my contract my go, there-after, I won't have network. This worked well for 14 months. Then July 2018 came and they went beyond the stipulated limit. I called them and after being messed around for over 30 minutes, I was told that a case would be opened and investigated. I left it at that assuming that they would follow through. Then in August the same thing happened. This time with them debiting even more from the account. I called in last week and once again after over 30 minutes on the phone, a case was going to be opened, and I was promised that i would receive a case number, which I am still waiting for. I really cant spend another 30 minutes on the phone to sort this out. The calls cost a fortune as I have to use another network due to my cell c line not being able keep a call on for more than 5 minutes without the call dropping. I really look forward to getting out of this contract and off this network.
