Bad Service and empty promises

I have been trying to resolve a fibre billing and payment issue with Cell C for 2 days in a row.

I have been assured that my issue would be resolved fast.

This not the case. I have supp**** all the needed information like proof of payments early to facilitate a quick response.

Cell C FAILED. Do not use them as a provider as they are quick to suspend services but not quick to resolve their issues.

Looking for a new fibre provider right now
