Bad service and empty promises

<p>I have been on contract with Cell c for many years, on February 6th my Samsung A5 was giving problems by switching to silent by itself, Josph, manager at Cell c key west informed us to take the phone to We Fix in Clearwater mall. We sent it in and a week later was notified we needed to pay for repairs, however my phone was under warranty with Cell c and they managed to sort it out to have it fixed. When I got my phone back 2 weeks later I had no sound/ speaker on my phone and my 4gig external memory card was missing.</p> <p>I went back to Joseph in order for him to have my phone fixed properly as it was them ( Cell c) who advised me on where to take the phone for repairs, they promised me a loan phone while my phone is in fo repairs, however when I went to fetch the loan phone the phone was a display model which had no battery life and didnt work, after waiting 2 hours at Cradlestone Mall Cell c we got a "new" Blackberry phone,</p> <p>I have been using the phone for about 3 weeks and the speaker is busy giving in as well as the sound on the phone.</p> <p>We contacted Sadic the regional manager to try and have my phone sorted out as I cannot strugle with a phone which does not want to work, however he doesn't return our calls and when i did get hold of him he said he will sort it out and let me know what is happening its also been 3 weeks and to this day he has not gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this situation sorted out.</p>
