Bad Service and disregard to personal time

I dropped my phone for a repair on he 23/11/2015 and they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. accepted the fact that i would have no cell and bought a 199 cheap phone just to get calls so I am not cut off from the world at all. <br> I work from home so my calls mean the world to me and could live without the internet and mail for the time.. I get an sms on Saturday to say your phone has been repaired and you can collect it. <br> I jusyed for joy thing wow that's what I call service.<br> I get there only to find that sorry the phone can not be repaired and that the insurance papers was never fill in and it would now take another two or three weeks. I find this waist of tie they could have called me to say that and arrange for the paper work faster. Why do have to drive all the way just to get the bad new to my face. If this is what our future hold for technology I feel very sorry for Cell C you will go bang first before you get any where. <br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
