Bad service and difficult to cancel Debit order....

I cannot understand why I should agree to a debit order if I would rather prefer a EFT. With vodacom I pay my account with an EFT, but Cell C refuseses to cancel the debit order completly. I have to pay 5 days before the debitorder date then it wont go of. Because we have our owns bussiness comiting to a spesific date make things diffecult. Then if the debitorder returns I have to pay bank costs. I am tryling to avoid this. Called them and this was the respons. I am still waiting for someone to call me back after I asked please can I speak to someone maybe a superviser to assist. They said they will phone back. NOTHING YET. Will not recomend them. This is not a difficult request. If Vodacom and other service providers can do this. Why not Cell C. I should have a choice and if I knew this before, no way I would have chosen them no matter what the package was!!!!! O and if you stop the debit order at the bank they simply change the reference and debit again. SNEAKY I WOULD SAY
