Bad service and ******

I have problem with Cell C and I never advice anyone to have a contract with Cell C. Their call center people are very rude and not well informed. I had a contract that ended in February this year. But till today it's showing that i have a contract of R275 on my credit bureau status. And it's supposed to show R0.00 or to be cleared completely. When I call i'm told I must speak to legal department to resolve my matter, When I call legal department they are telling me that there's nothing they can help me with i must speak to cancellation department.

I regret for having this contract and i will never have anything with Cell C.

I have been calling for 2 weeks without any assistance.
