Bad service and *********** billing and support staff

Totally appalled by the service from cellc fibre support. My debit was incorrect amount which I enquired about. They informed me that I was in credit, this is incorrect as they refunded me. Billing department need to be jacked up. They have suspended as I had requested the amount reversed by my bank. I then made a payment which they now cannot locate. Non shalant attitude by support staff. I will never refer anyone due to *********** staff. I await been connected, after sending proof of payment twice and requested someone in a senior position contact me. No response. Disgusting
