BAD SERVICE AND BAD BILLINGS! DO NOT WANT TO HELP!!

<p>I am writing on behalf of my sister Shabnam Amod. She has a contract with Cell C and so do I. Every month you get an sms or can check how much you owe and when the debit will go off.</p> <p><br />In December 2016 Cell C added an extra 900 on her account. When she queries this in January 2017 with the credit department the consultant told her that she is going to stop the debit run and that my sister must pay R1000 for Feb which she did. Behold CELL C strikes!</p> <p> </p> <p>You cut the phone off because now all of a sudden she owes R1400!!! When she called to explain now all of a sudden there is no record of this call she made in january to the credit department and you guys are too lazy to investigate or take the matter further! WHERE THE HELL must she get R1400 to pay when she had paid??? She has no phone, no access to anything to make a plan and all you guys can say she must pay. Please can you investigate this matter urgently because it is pathetic that you guys don't have any records of what took place and why did you add an extra R900 in December and ask her to pay R1000 only to cut her phone off.
