Bad Service and always debting my account!

I had a contract with Cell C fibre, when I needed to move my services they did not assist me and claimed they are on strike. I understood and I was waiting for the strike to be over. I had to contact them again, as I did not have services and they were still deducting my money. When I wanted to cancel they were delaying while they were still deducting my money. I requested a refund and they did not process it, I keep reversing my money, they keep changing reference numbers and taking my money!
