bad service and admin from cell c

Since May month i have complaining and fighting with Cell C as they deduct the wrong amount from my bank, which to me is ********** and breach of contract. they never resolved the matter and just deduct what they want. i even requested that my debit order to be stopped from their side as they are *****ing up things. but did not happen either. I made a payment yesterday, and this morning i get an message i must make a payment otherwise my service would be cut of and i must phone customer care, when i tried to phone them i cant even get through as it is a recorded message and i must phone customer care but i cant even get through to them as they blocked all out going calls. im am beyond furious. i absolutely hate cell c and will never go back to them
