Bad service and acceptance of Lies from CellC staff

I have recently purchased an accessory Cell C in Mall of Africa, I went back to then to return it and the staff was extremly unhelpfull. I waited for almost an hour while I watched people come into the store and leave without service as the staff was unwilling to assist. eventualy when someone decided to assist, they refused to return the item as they have a policy that does not accept returns. I look around the store and there was no signs visible that stated this. I looked on the recipt which also didnt state anything like this either.I then asked to speak to the manager who sad that she will call me the next Monday which was more than 3 weeks ago and there has been no calls from her. I complainted to CellC around the managers service and the stores service as well as the refund issue and they are also not interested in the customer service issues
