Bad service and ****

I had a contract with cellc and I couldn’t pay it coz i lost my job.

I was phoned by HP attorney and they said cellc has handed the matter to them .

We made made arrangement to pay the debt and the offend 20% discount if I settle the debt.

I payed all the amount as we agreed and HP attorney sent me a settlement letter.

The problem cellc hasn’t updated my credit status and i have been call the customer care and email but no response.

This is creating a bad image on my credit score and cellc doesn’t do anything with this.

I just received a call from andiswa who told me straight she can’t help me and i very disappointed with your service . I regret been cellc customer.
