Bad service all round

It's quite sad that one has to come on helloPeter to complain before Cell C assists with anything. I think that's poor enterprise. I was using a Cell C sim card that did not allow me to migrate to the All in one tariff plan and only used the ultrabonus tariff plan. I called Cell C to assist with a migration and the agent told me that I had to purchase an all in one sim card and conduct a sim swap then migrate to the All in one tariff from an all in one starter pack. I purchased the all in one Sim card did the sim swap and it went smoothly. I then tried to migrate to my desired tariff plan but I found out that I again couldn't change the tariff plan to all in one even though I purchased an all in one sim card. I called Cell C and the rude agent told me that she can't assist me with the migration because I am using an ultrabonus sim card. I try to explain to her that I am not using an ultrabonus sim card, and even gave her the sim card number so that he can verify that it is indeed an all in one sim card. She then tells me to hold the line while she checks After making me wait for 10 minutes, she eventually hangs up just like that.

I can't wait for my 60 days to lapse so that I can port back and return to the network company I was using. At least there, I wasn't forced to stay on a tariff plan that I couldn't afford. I had choices. It makes a lot of sense why Cell C is still far behind the others. I'd have given you guys a negative review, and even that would be a complement.
