Bad service all round at Cell C

I’ve since had a connectivity issue from the 1st, it’s been a nightmare sorting it out. After I submitted a review on this platform there seemed to be a shift, but that has since died down. The last call I received concerning this issue was on the 11th, from someone enquiring of my geographical location. I’ve since checked the status from their team on social media and it’s been a rehe****d “We’re sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll follow up and get back to you” and each time there hasn’t been a follow up nor getting back to me.
