Bad service all around

Would never recommend their services to anyone.

Sales agent from Cell C phone me to ask if I want to upgrade and I said to her that I would rather like to cancell my contract with Cell C because its to expensive. I told her three times. She phoned my dad whos name is on the contract and he also explained to her that we would not be using Cell C anymore. The next day I got a sms to say that my upgrade was successful. I then phone every number available to speak to someone explaining why she went ahead and upgraded my contract even though I asked her not to and was thrown around so many times on the phone. When I finally got to someone who could understand and help me he tried to sale-pitch me again. NEVER CELL C AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
