Bad service - Ag ghost offered by cell c

<p>Hi. I took out a contract with cell c and was offered an AG Ghost mobile...the deal sounded great,because ag ghost offered a 24hour swop out guarantee on the device </p> <p>It's been over a month now, since I experienced problems with the device...I cannot get hold of anyone at ag ghost to make use of this warranty nor is cell c taking this up...I took the phone from cell c and I think they are responsible to get me what I paid for and what I was promised.</p> <p>Very disappointed with cell c and ag ghost.</p>
