BAD SERVICE AFTER YEARS - I FEEL LIKE I OVERSTAYED MY VISIT AT CELL C

It has been good as yesterday, I have been with this provider since early 2008 and it has been contracted to upgrade one after the other and I liked their services however all that changed drastically recently when I saw that there was no debit that went on and I got worried as I look after my credit score lately so I ensure everything is on point. pity it got us here today... so I found out that my account number has been changed from their side but i am the one whos taking the fall as they were quick to hand me over without even one phone call to find out what could be there problem nor try and debit and see if it was to bounce back but none of that happened instead i was the one who called them and asked them to verify my account and what they had was totally incorrect and they couldnt tell me why their system caused this...so they never showed any remorse at all you call them they tell you they will transfer you then the calls cut off several times.it is really frustrating so I need this to be attended to ASAP before I decide to move on to other service providers
