Bad service/ after money service provider

I am annoyed by Cell C, they sent an sms that their debit order will be on the the 23 December 2022. I immediately called Cell C that I would like them to debit on my normal debit order date which is 28 of every month. The lady who was assisting me by the name of Lebogang assured me that all is in order. Then Cell C decided to debit on the 21 December . I called again to rectify this issue they ****, promised that a supervisor will call me. No one till ti date called. I have never missed payment and I would like them to sort out this issue ASAP. It’s pathetic assumption that everyone gets paid earlier in December because of the holidays, I will report them to consumer rights if no one calls to fix this.
