Bad service

My subscription was blocked due to non payment,I called Cell C on 03/06/2025 around 18h15 and explained that I was a victim of business *******,which ended with me being kidnapped,hence I couldn't make payment as usual.Since the inception of my contract,I have never defaulted. I logged a query to make a payment arrangement and I was provided with this case number ***,Now this morning(06/06/2025) I receive a message that my case has been closed because my phone goes to voice-mail and I have to log a new query, and will only be contacted after 2 days again.Cell C kindly note I am running a business with this number,having to wait another 2 days without airtime and data will have devastating impact in my business. I was given a new case number today(***) ,stop operating like a ****a shop and call me because I have been waiting for your call since the 03/06/2025 to be assisted.
