Bad service, advertised phone not in stock!!!!
I am due for an upgrade. I downloaded the catalogue on the internet that is still valid till 8 October and ask for the Samsung A32 for R249. Then I'm told it's not in stock. I told the agent then you must order it for me. I asked to speak to a manager. After 25 min on the phone, still could not speak to the right manager.
