Bad service

Good day My name is Mongezi I had a contract with cell c and it ended last year , and now when I check my clear score I am being told that my cell c is active .I called and they said they don’t see anything on their side and I was referred to another department which they told me my account was escalated to their legal department.She gave me a number to call, and I was told it’s blackes something and there is nothing that appears on my name . I am very ****ed with this because I don’t know what is happening. I need clarity .I was told to close my account after my contract ended and I did that now this .
