Bad service

My name is vj pokwane. A cell c consultant talked me into taking a router on a two year contract mid March just before the country was put on lock down. When the rooter was delivered I battled to get it working, I called cell c customer care and indicated my wish to cancel the contract. I was promised that the router will be collected. I packed it away. Cell c never collected it for months. I tried to prevent payment of the router. January 2021 I finally got the router working for 2 weeks and the router stopped working. Since from then I have not used the devise. Cell c refuses to allow me to put notice on one of the cellular contracts termination because I owe the router. From then till now Im using the router and wish the can come collect it
