bad service
last week i had a complain regarding this service provider regarding changing my banking details. even today im still not assisted regarding this matter. they are able to send me SMSs t say that they have called me when thy had never contacted me. How is this possible being with a service provider for over a decade and get this treatment from them. a well reputable company they have my number on their system but they cant even contact me and talk to me as their customer. im not in need of any other service but just to pay them however it is becoming a nigtmare.
