Bad service

I have a contract with cell c, and I'm due for upgrade. Someone called me and I was busy and I asked her to call me later when I'm done and that was last year hope she will call again . I went to liberty mall pietermaritzburg I asked an indian lady and she said I must leave my details and she will call me as their system was down and it's been 2 weeks now and still waiting for her call. Last week someone called me from call centre I was at doctors rooms and I'm still also waiting for her call . Instead I'm recieved sms promotions from cell c. Now I understand why cell c is not doing well , poor service they wait for customers to visit them and they dont do follow ups. Will be closing my contract. Thanks
