Bad Service

A contract was opened on my name by your Sales lady in your Shop in Secunda.The contract was opened wrongly on my name due to the fact it was for the person behind me.So for the last 3 weeks I am trying to sort this out,due to the fact that I must pay for something that was done wrongly.So what is the way Forward Cell C.I opened how many cases at your Customer Care and till today no answer.
