bad service

hi my name is Thulani, this morning I called cell c customer to query about my accounts because I have been getting calls from attorney's requesting payment, firstly cell c is issuing many companies my account and am getting calls left and right telling about the money I owe that needs to be paid so as of this morning I called and the lady told me the money which is deducted by the SSDA does reflect on the system but then why am I getting calls from other companies requesting that I my pay my account??? I wanted to know the status of this accounts I have with cell c and the lady told me she cannot access my accounts for some reason that they are now prepaid. And I was told I must go to the nearest cell c store to query all that because she cannot access my account, it sounds so useless and time consuming for customers to call customer care and not get help because I believe customer care is the stop of everything, so don't know how this company operates??? am really no happy with this company it just P....... me off serious. I need to know the status of my accounts.
