Bad service.
Month end I'm migrating to another network. I've spent my last R50 and bought airtime, expecting that I'll receive bonus airtime for calls and data for 24hrs. I called the customer service 2 times and it was all in vain. It's not the first time this has happened. I'm tired of this constant bad service. Goodbye to cellc.

07 Nov 2024, 00:11Yes, it's true that it was app****. But it didn't work at all. I couldn't make any calls, nor connect to the Internet with that bonus airtime, and I had perfect network coverage.
