BAD SERVICE

Cell C is useless and their customer care line is pathetic. My phone was ****** over the weekend. I called in on Sunday night to do a sim swap. Was told that department is only available from 7am to 8pm. I then called Mondah morning and failed authentication. Phoned during the day and was asked the Rica number for the new sim before I can aunthenticate and was told it was perfectly fine. Finished authentication then told the sim card is picked. How in 10 minutes it changed from being available to being picked and the sim card is in a sealed packet with me. I then asked to speak yo manager and was told they will call me back on the ****** number. I asked for a reference the person said she will sms it. I asked to which number and she confirms the number that I want to do a sim swap on. REF number ***. Im still waiting for yge manager to call. I then went out and got another sim card. Went through this whole process again to be told my account is blocked and I need to call tomorrow. Having a phone ****** is already traumatic but having to deal with *********** people makes this even worse. Already 3 days trying to do a simple sim swap.
