Bad Service

Good Morning I do not know who to contact anymore. I canceled this contract with cell c I talked to the customer care and it was scheduled to be cancelled end of Feb I payed your failed debit orders to a zero balance even after paying on time. And now all of sudden 2 months later I receive another bill with a failed debit order amount how am I billed even after the contract was cancelled. This is the reason why the contact was cancelled.
