BAD SERVICE

My debit bounce March the 1st due to no funds. On the 7th I made payment to into their banking account provided. But later that evening you debited ....DOUBLE.... my payment aswell. Someone sent me an email on the 9th saying they will refund the amount I paid into the account 3-7 days the email said. After 2 week I got the refund... they said April I will not be debited as you did a .... DOUBLE.... debit on March. Now I get an invoice saying my debit bounced again but I do have funds in my account so now I have a penalty for a false debit.AND they are not supposed to debit for April?????????? But today the 7th I did deduct from my account.someone called me and said the reason I was double debited was because it was for February and march. But my payments are in the beginning of the month for that month. I pay month in advance. So that means my debit that bounced on the first of March was for March not February. I did pay February on the 1st of February via debit so the double debit is for the debit that bounced of March and April. So why is he saying I must pay now for April again. According to me my next debit should be the 7th (I change my date from the first to the 7th) of May. And even if he is correct and the debit that bounced was for February, why do double debit and take March payment at beginning of month if, like you say my payment is at end of each month, not take March at end of the month of March. And then why take April payment at the beginning and not at the end of this month. Because you are incorrect... I pay month in advance and I payed double for April. I probably have 10 different reference numbers because they keep telling me someone will contact me but no one does. And the one person that did didn't listen and kept telling me over and over I'm wrong. I'm not!!
