BAD SERVICE

I wouldn't even give 1 star I've got a problem for the last 2weeks to upgrade every time they say I'm in arrears but I've got all my proof of payments after email them called again in 48hours they say on the one system it's fix but the other system show arrears can someone help me because I can't upgrade due to the fact cell c don't know how to work the computers
