Bad service

I get a call from one of your consultants wanting to validate my additional services. Firstly where did all these services come from that I'm paying for...pls cancel all these additional services immediately and no I'm not going to get a ref no for each and have to cancel them. I spent 20 trying to make sense of your operator. I'm not going to have to waste time.
