Bad Service
My name is Khethiwe. I am very unhappy about thr service at Cell C. I have been with Cell C for years. I had a contract which I closed off in 2017 and took out for minutes. This year I am called to say I owe almost R4k. Cell C debits my account so why couldn't they debit? Im not happy at all as Cell C takes advantage of the elderly. This is unacceptable.
