Bad service

I want to find out whats going on with my contract, i wanted to cancel this line and yet i am still being charged. When trying to cancel the line someone contacted me to upgrade the line for 129 for 10 gigs. I am still beign charged 216 which is very unfair. I also asked for the debit order to be moved to the last day of the month which wasnt done
