Bad service

I am still waiting for my name to be cleared or someone to call me and tell me what is going on. I sent an affidavit with a copy of my ID to Cell C. Of an account that I don't know anything about. I sent this on the 6th of November 2019. Now I have handed over, according to the the sms that I keep on getting.

I do have an account with Cell C. I did not take up any contract with Cell C. This is bad because because it's affecting my credit.
