Bad service

I requested Cell C to remove the arrears from my Credit report. What happened was not my mistake but Cell C`s mistake.The account still shows in arrears. I do not know how many times i still have to request. ever received any statement. was not aware of the second account but quick to list me for arrears.Account up to date but on my credit report still in arrears.
