BAD SERVICE

im so dissapointed with the service i receive from Cell c network. since from Friday i can not receive or make calls i can only access my whtasaap massage i have called cell customer care line many time and even went to the cell outlet at Protea Glen still no one could assist me i spoke to a consuultant at on the phone her name was Sihle she told me someone will call until today no one has called ref***. i have three contract with cell i pey them every month without fail i use this phone for business perpose now the whole weekend i lost close to r5700 because i could not be reached..
