Bad service

I an very appalled by the service and treatment I've been getting from Cell C, I have been going back forth for approximately more than 10 moths and my issues still hasn't been resolved. After speaking to numerous agents last year all giving me false hope and assurance that this matter will be sorted but still nothing, accoridng to this *********** company I owe them R1.00 and its showing on credit file as well. I've spent hours explaining myself and been promise that the Billiny Department will sort the issue or they will call me

I call recently Call Nolwazi - case numbers *** and *** - Kunelo but these reference number doesn't mean nothing to your agents. I want this matter sorted, I requested to TL or complaints but until today nothing

What else should I do to sort out this issues that's causing issues in my personal life as well.
