Bad service

Cell C- very disappointing customer care/service

We have been with cell c for a long time. For the last few weeks we have been battling with extremely bad signal

As it became worse in the last 2 weeks, we called them for assistance.

They said they will sort it out asap. They phoned aftet a few days to ask if the signal is still as bad.

Then they said they will send out a technician to our area to see what is going on

Then we contacted them again, as wr have not heard anything from them

They said a technician came out to our area, and they can see the signal is bad here, but they cant do anything to fix it or sort it out

This is unacceptable, where is the customer service?????

We have almost no signal, we cant send messages, receive messages and not even receive any phone calls.

So they dont care about their clients, they have that attitude of oh well sorry it is what it is, and we can't or wont try to sort the problem out
